We aim to process all deliveries as quickly as possible, once full payment is received. Please note, however, that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during delivery or for any products lost in transit. Either of these issues must be resolved with the shipping company itself, although we are able to offer replacements in certain circumstances.
We charge a flat rate of $9.99 on all orders, with the exception of some larger items that may not qualify for our standard shipping rates. In these instances we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of any extra charges incurred.
We aim to dispatch packages on the day of payment receipt, provided customers are able to submit their order before 10am. If the order is processed after 10am, then we will ship products the following working day—unless extenuating circumstances cause delays, in which case we will contact you as quickly as possible. Please note that the expected delivery time for Australian shipping is 2 to 7 working days, although this may vary depending on the region.
Our shipping is currently limited to Australian territories only, although we hope to unroll international shipping soon, and ask that you check back for more information in the near future.
